Print-On-Demand (POD) allows us to print your chosen designs on apparel only after you place an order. This means we print an exclusive and custom item for every customer that places an order on our site.


2. What printing method do you use? 

We use Direct To Garment (DTG) printing, which provides high-quality, vibrant designs that are soft to the touch and durable.

3. How do I place an order?  

Simply browse our collection, select the items you’d like, choose your size and color, and click "Add to Cart." Follow the checkout process to complete your purchase.


4. Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours. After this period, we may not be able to accommodate your request.

 

Shipping


5. What are your shipping times?

Shipping typically takes 7-14 days after your product is produced. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.


6. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping. Shipping times and rates may vary based on your location.

 

7. What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time? 

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated shipping window, please contact our customer support team for assistance.


Returns and Exchanges


8. What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of Print-On-Demand, we only accept returns for items that are damaged or defective. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if there’s an issue. You can read our full policy here


9. Can I exchange my item?

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you received a damaged or defective item, please reach out to us for a resolution.


Product Care


10. How should I care for my apparel?

To ensure longevity, we recommend washing your items in cold water and air drying them. Avoid bleach and direct heat to preserve the print. If you must use a dryer, we recommend the lowest heat setting available.
